What is Action on Sectarianism?

YouthLink Scotland, the National Agency for Youth Work has set up the first independent public website designed to challenge sectarianism in Scotland, supported by the Scottish Government.

Accessible on computers, tablets and mobile phones, this website will act as a central gateway to information and resources tackle sectarianism in Scotland by providing tailored user access to four distinct target groups:

Children and Young people

Adults: parents, carers, community groups

AoS Network: teachers, youth workers, academics, policy officers, community activists

Sacro held an information stall at Glasgow’s Central Station to promote Hate Crime awareness week.

This was a joint activity between Sacro’s STOP and FearLess services and British Transport Police.

STOP works with anyone living in Glasgow or Lanarkshire who has been charged with a Hate Crime offence and is aged 12 years or over. FearLess works with survivors of domestic abuse over 16 years old of all races, religions, beliefs, abilities, gender identities, sexes or sexual orientations.
