The AoS Network is for anyone who takes action, or who wants to take action, on sectarianism in their community. It does not matter who you are, what age you are or whether you work on tackling sectarianism as your paid job or as a volunteer.
The AoS Network is the place for you. We will all be liked-minded from one perspective – we all want, in our own way, to take action on sectarianism. The AoS Network requires you to register to participate. This will help to monitor the content of the channel. That way you know only those who are registered can and will be involved in the Network. This is your place to connect with others who are also thinking about, or already taking action on, sectarianism. You can share ideas, ask questions of each other, recommend resources and help to create a challenging and dynamic conversation that inspires action on sectarianism in Scotland. After you login, you can join a discussion, develop ideas in the scribblers’ den, share educational and other resources, get access to key contacts in a searchable database, or set up your own local or interest-based group. You can also access our online library, with up-to-date news, books, reports and academic journal articles, all addressing the topic of sectarianism. You choose your level of involvement on AoS, from being inspired by the information already here to actively helping to administer the web portal as a whole. You can take part on any level you are comfortable with, reading about what is going on, taking part in discussions or sharing your own resources.
